What does Sonantic do?
We create stunningly realistic synthetic voice performances using a powerful AI platform.

Who does Sonantic work with?
Our customers are top-tier gaming and film studios.

How does Sonantic create a custom voice?
We’ve built a proprietary voice engine that can create a model from a voice actor’s work. Our voice engine can match any voice, accent, or delivery style.

How do I learn more?
If you’re interested in working with us, please email us at to schedule a call to talk about your project.

Can Sonantic create a custom voice using my own data?
Yes. If you choose to use your own data, it should have high sound quality and good word coverage for the best outcome. Please keep in mind that you must have explicit consent from the person whose voice you want to synthesise.

Do I need a license to use a custom voice?

Can Sonantic render made up words or names?
Yes. We have a custom dictionary feature that allows you to build a library of words. The custom dictionary lets you specify the pronunciation of any unusual words. The model will speak this pronunciation from then on, meaning you only need to set the pronunciation once.

What is the rendering speed?
Conversational speed, similar to a virtual assistant like Alexa (0.5–1.0 seconds).

Can I integrate the technology into my own tools?
Yes. You can use our API to integrate it anywhere you want and generate content with the click of a button.

What languages do you support?
We support American English currently, and we can match accents. We plan to support additional languages by the end of 2021.

How does licensing work?
We charge based on the volume of text characters rendered. We have monthly and yearly subscription plans available.

Who owns the voice content created?
Anything that you render and export is yours to keep indefinitely.

What operating systems do you support?
App on Mac and Windows. API and CLI on Mac, Windows, and Linux.

Do you support spreadsheet import?

Can I pre-define audio file names?
Yes. All audio filenames and paths can be specified in the App, CLI, and of course, the API.

Can we render offline or locally?
We can do both depending on your studio’s needs.

Do you have any plugin/integrations for Unity, Unreal, and/or Wwise?
This is in our roadmap and coming soon.
